Delivery
All Orders will incur a delivery charge.
EVRI or ROYAL MAIL (2 working days)
Next day delivery is not available in the following areas, please expect delivery within 2 – 3 working days:
Scottish Highlands, Offshore Guernsey & Isle of Wight.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received its. It must be in the original packaging.
If you’ve purchased from our website or in shop and aren’t completely satisfied, or if you’ve simply had a change of heart, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at info@mychaikarak.com within 14 days of placing your order.
We will require your order details, including your order number or proof of purchase and reason for the return.
To qualify for a refund, items must be sent back within 14 days of dispatch. Please note, we will refund the price of the products and not the delivery cost, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Once this period of time has lapsed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of your Approval, please contact your bank as there’s often some delay between sending and receiving a refund showing on your account.

Cancellations
Because orders are fulfilled shortly after they are placed we are unable to cancel deliveries. Please email info@mychaikarak.com if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will do our best to help.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mychaikarak.com and send your item to the address provided on the email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, given the return policy conditions are met a refund will be processed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
