Absolutely the best chai tea and coffee I’ve ever had! The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing cup of chai or coffee!
Best karak chai and karak coffee ever! I’ve converted the entire family to drinking this brand, even the ones in Pakistan request their supply now. The owners are so warm, humble and just generally beautiful people. Have never purchased chai from another venue after trying this, it just doesn’t hit the spot like this one does. Reminds me, I need to top up my supply soon. Definitely a solid 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me and the entire family!
Absolutely amazing tea! The Chai Karak was rich, perfectly stron & full of flavor, without a doubt, it’s the best tea I’ve had in London Birmingham. Every sip was smooth, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. If you’re a tea lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The owners are always happy,smiling and very friendly. I have had the pleasure of trying their chai at numerous events and my favourite has to be the pistachio latte ,a must for any pistachio and coffee fans! Loved the chaii and the chat with the owner I guess. Chaii was refreshing and fresh. Coffee was there too and it was also really good. Prices were reasonable as well.
I’m quite particular about the taste of my tea as I prefer unsweetened but this was one of the best karak chais I have had. Really lovely x
Chai karak loved it flavour is authentic to the original traditional chai i normaly drink which my mum makes it at home yet it is very simple to make just add hot water to it and tea is ready! Amazing love it every sip of it i strongly recommend for other people to try keep it up Karak Chai ❤️

Honestly the best instant chai I have ever had. The texture is soo perfect smooth and packed with flavour.. they now have pumpkin spice latte and oh my days it’s amazing. I highly recommend.
