What is Chai Karak?
Chai Karak is a Birmingham-based UK brand making instant 3-in-1 chai premixes, commercial chai vending machines and wholesale chai supply. Our premixes let you make authentic desi chai in seconds with just hot water, and we deliver across the UK.
What is karak chai?
Karak chai is a strong, creamy milk tea popular across South Asia and the Gulf. It is traditionally made by boiling black tea with milk, sugar and a little cardamom until it is deep and rich – “karak” means strong. Our Karak Chai premix gives you that taste in seconds.
How do I make chai with Chai Karak premix?
Add the premix to your cup, pour in freshly boiled water and stir for a few seconds. Adjust the amount of premix to make it stronger or lighter. There is no need for milk, a pan or tea bags.
What flavours do you sell?
We sell eight flavours: Karak Chai, Masala Chai, Cardamom Chai, Kashmiri Pink Chai, Ginger Chai, Lemongrass Chai, Karak Coffee and Hot Chocolate.
What sizes and prices are available?
Each flavour is available in 400g and 850g packs, sweetened or unsweetened. Prices start from £8.00.
What is the difference between sweetened and unsweetened?
The sweetened premix is ready-sweetened for a classic desi chai taste. The unsweetened version lets you add your own sugar or sweetener to suit your taste.
Which flavour should I try first?
Most customers start with our bestselling Karak Chai. If you like more spice, try Masala Chai; for something special for guests, try Kashmiri Pink Chai.
Do you deliver across the UK?

Can I buy Chai Karak wholesale?
Yes. Our wholesale boxes contain 12 identical packs of one flavour in 400g or 850g sizes – ideal for supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, delis and cash & carry. Contact us for trade pricing.
Do you sell tea vending machines?
Yes. We sell commercial chai vending machines: the 3 Lane (£1,200), 4 Lane (£1,400, up to 5 cups per minute) and 6 Lane (£1,600). All work with our premix range and come with UK delivery and support.
Which vending machine is right for me?
The 3 Lane suits small cafés, offices and limited spaces; the 4 Lane suits busy cafés and restaurants; the 6 Lane suits high-volume sites and established vending operators.
Can I hire a chai vending machine for an event?
Yes, event hire is available for weddings, corporate events and community gatherings. Contact us with your date and location for a quote.
