Karak chai is a strong, creamy milk tea from South Asia and the Gulf, traditionally boiled with black tea, milk, sugar and a hint of cardamom until it turns deep and rich (“karak” means strong). Our Karak Chai premix recreates that full-bodied, sweet and slightly spiced cup without the long boil.
